location - great for me
too noisy - tour bus of baseball player - foul language
nice for the business traveller but there are other nicer hotels close to this too.

Good location, nice staff.
Noisy pipes, thin walls, creaky floor, bed and pillows uncomfortable.
It was just average for comfort and cleanliness. Could hear every time water was turned on or toilet flushed in room above.

I liked the walking distance from the hotel to the BYU campus.
I disliked housekeeping's efficient manner - entering the room without giving the occupants sufficient time to answer a knock.
Clean, moderate decor, decent continental breakfast selection, within a walkable distance to the BYU campus. Very thin walls (noisy water pipes, etc.).

It was close to where I wanted to be free wireless.
It is near a busy intersection so there was traffic noise that you could hear in the room.
I didn't spend much time in the room. I arrived early evening and then met friends. Left early next morning. Overall it was what I expected. Nothing fancy but a room to sleep in.
